This is coming along so beautifully. I love the sense of light behind your clematis. The color sof the petals are very rich! In a previous post, you mentioned not finding the time to do all you wanted to do...I feel exactly the same way. Maybe that is the price we pay for being creative:-) Have a great weekend, Krista!
This is becoming a beautiful painting. I like the colors of the background and flowers. I can see your patient in laying those colors. By the way I am new here although I'm already checking your blog now and then. I put your blog in my blog list I frequently visit.
I am an Artist from the East Coast of Canada. I started this blog to log my journey as an Artist and share my vision with others. I paint primarily in watercolor, I also use soft pastel, acrylic and mixed media. I am a realist painter who loves using strong rich colors to portray what inspires me.
I was published for the first time in the 2010 Apr/May issue of International Artist as a finalist in their flower and garden competition. My entry was show stopper, you can read about it in my March 16th post on my blog.
